Cameron Crowe Movie with Emma Stone and Bradley Cooper is delayed till 2015

Columbia Pictures and Regency Enterprises have pushed the release of the untitled Cameron Crowe movie to May 29, 2015. The film had been slated to hit theaters in December.

Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone and Rachel McAdams star alongside Danny McBride, Alec Baldwin, John Krasinski and Bill Murray.

Once we saw the film, we knew that it would make a perfect summer release. The movie is Cameron at his best,” said Jeff Blake, chairman of worldwide marketing and distribution for Sony Pictures.
Story follows a celebrated military contractor (Cooper) who returns to the site of his greatest career triumphs — the U.S. Space program in Honolulu, Hawaii — where he reconnects with a long-ago love (McAdams) while unexpectedly falling for the hard-charging Air Force watchdog (Stone) assigned to him. In play is a complex satellite system being launched by an enigmatic billionaire with suspicious intentions (Murray).

In addition to writing and directing the film, Crowe produced the picture with Scott Rudin and Cameron Crowe.  The movie was executive produced by Ilona Herzberg, Eli Bush and Ben Waisbren.
